Our founder Madan Lal Agarwala was a man of vision. He ventured into coal mining business in the famous Jharia Coalfields. Success followed his footsteps and the activities of the group spread accross the nation. A Mini Steel Plant and a Paper Mill was established in Maharashtra.

Madan Lal Agarwala was a dedicated social worker and a great philanthropist. With his foresightedness, realised the hazards of illeteracy amongst the rural population, dedicated himself to the cause and welfare of the tribal brethren accross the nation, particularly in the state of Jharkhand, Bihar, Orissa and West Bengal. He was instrumental in establishing many educational institutions, hostels, and also hospitals for the havenots. His vision to spread litteracy amongst the tribal brethren can be seen in the form of "One Teacher School" concept running accross the nation.

Ayush Builders Pvt Ltd. and TM Trade & Impex Pvt Ltd, are the part of the famous Agarwala Group of Jharia Coalfields. The group has diversified activities, having a history of product marketing for the last thirty years.

The group is engaged in various trading activities viz. White Boards & Accessories, Over head and Multimedia projectors and Screen, Silver Jewellery, Gift and Novelty items, Herbal Products, Industrial products etc.
